• Orders must be placed by 5PM EST. for the next day. We are unable to accept preorders for the same day.
• If a date is blocked out, we are no longer accepting preorders for that day but will still have donuts available for walk-in customers.
• YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO PICKUP A PREORDER. Just head right in and go straight to the side counter!
• Some preorders may require a deposit based on the quantity of donuts ordered, or the time of day the order is placed. If so, we’ll contact you!
• If you're late to pick up your order and we do not hear from you, we'll call within 30 minutes of your pick up time. If we do not hear back within the hour, your order will be sold to walk-in customers.
• This form is for our normal menu only! Click here for weddings, and for donut hole towers, or other special orders outside of our normal menu, please use our Contact form!
ORDERS FOR THANKSGIVING - PLEASE READ• If you are serving donuts the next day, please package any filled donuts in an airtight container and keep them refrigerated until 15 minutes prior to serving. Everything else can remain at room temp, but the box they're in must be wrapped in plastic wrap to keep it airtight.
