• Orders must be placed by 5PM EST. for the next day. We are unable to accept same day preorders.
• If a date is blocked out, we're no longer accepting preorders for that day but will still have donuts available for walk-in customers.
• YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO PICKUP A PREORDER. Head right in to the side counter!
• Some preorders may require a deposit, if so, we’ll contact you!
• If your order isn't picked up within an hour of your pick up time, it will be placed back into stock for walk-in customers. Please email us if you're running late.

THANKSGIVING ORDERS - PLEASE READ!
• If you are saving your donuts until the next day, please keep any unfilled donuts in an airtight container at room temp until they're ready to be served.
• For any filled donuts, please keep them refrigerated in an airtight container and take them out 15 minutes prior to serving so they can get to room temp.
